following terms and conditions apply to passengers booking
with Alicante Private Transfers
Alicante Private Transfers is the Internet trading name
of Angel 25 Tour S.L. whose registered address is Calle Mare
Nostrum 3 Bajo Izquierda. Altea 03590 Alicante Spain. Registered
Company Number CIF: B 54020920.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once payment
has been received you will receive a transfer voucher at the
e-mail address given on the booking form. The transfer voucher
must be presented to the Alicante Private Transfer driver
on your arrival.
Amendments and Cancellations
All amendments and cancellations must be sent to bookings@alicanteprivatetransfers.com

Flight Delays
As long as you have given correct and complete flight information
on your booking, no extra charge will be levied for flight
delays.
Alicante Private Transfers and their drivers reserve the
right to refuse carriage to any person who is thought to be
under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour
may pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers.
Smoking, eating or drinking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party
claims, as required by Spanish law. Whilst every care is taken,
customer’s luggage and property is carried at their
own risk, and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or
damage.
When you make a reservation with Alicante Private Transfers
you are accepting all of the above terms and conditions. Spanish
Law governs these terms and conditions, and any dispute between
you and Alicante Private Transfers shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of a Spanish Court. |
